SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments are made on working days from Monday to Friday and entrusted to our shipping partners, usually by standard courier (GLS / UPS / BRT). * By bank transfer payments, the date of shipping is calculated from the day we receive payment. The times indicated are to be considered not binding for Roberto Callegari srl as we could face courier’s default or events of force majeure. You will receive an e-mail of shipment as soon as your order is entrusted to the courier and then you will get the tracking link in order to be able to monitor the delivery of the package. If you do not receive any e-mail from Roberto Callegari srl check that it is not in the spam section and verify that you have typed your e-mail correctly when registering your account or contact us. When you receive your package you must verify the package integrity. In case of doubts it is essential to accept the package with reserve. Any problem must be immediately reported to our customer service. No responsibility can be attributed to Roberto Callegari srl in case of delivery delay due to courier’s failures or defaults. Roberto Callegari srl reserves the right to debit you any costs of stock and transport related to the return of the goods to the sender in case of wrong address, absent recipient, refusal of the package. To avoid unpleasant delays or delivery problems it is essential to provide a shipping address in which a person is always present at the time of package’s collection.
RETURNES
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason and to return the products within 7 days of receiving your order. The report can be done by e-mail at the following address: info@ottojewels.com. The products must returned whole and sealed, inserted in their original packaging. Once Roberto Callegari srl has accepted the return, you have 7 days to execute at your own expense the traceable shipment to the following address: Otto jewels – Roberto Callegari srl. Headquarters: via Davila 8, 37137 Padua (PD). The returned products travel under your responsibility and you will have to ensure that they will arrive in perfect condition. Within 10 working days of receiving the products, Roberto Callegari srl will refund the amount using the same payment method of the buyer.
PRIVACY
Roberto Callegari srl processes your personal data in accordance with D.L. n° 2016/179 and its subsequent modifications. The data you provide are used for the purpose of exercising the commercial activity (order processing and assistance) and, in case of agreement, for sending promotional communications. For no reason at all shall they be transferred to third parties.
